The Club provides free lessons to new members on how to play Bridge. The only cost is that of the recommended text book.

The course is run once a year, usually starting in February. (Watch this space for the actual date)

Lessons are once a week, for 7 consecutive weeks. Starting time is 1.30 pm.

At the conclusion of the lessons, beginners are introduced to playing duplicate Bridge in the Club environment.

Beginners are always made very welcome and treated with great kindness and understanding until they reach a competitive standard.

Ongoing instruction regarding some of the finer points of the game is provided from time to time on an adhoc basis.
